Update: if you have problems with your credit card being declined due to their business triggering fraud warning via the App, it turns out you can knock on the door of the attendant’s office during working hours and they have a tablet and card reader to take payment. This will also have the effect of adding your card to the app - so keep an eye on your bill and delete your account if you’re a visitor when you leave the country. Beware - you can only pay for this using the Metropolis App, which if you’re an overseas visitor, will likely cause your card to be declined. Resulting in expensive phone calls to bank and the sham of a parking company to avoid hefty fine and threat of being towed. Garbage company all around. What a disgrace to the city that our leadership let these malicious clowns run anything, even a parking lot. Let's start: 1. Misleading signs advertising flat rates at the entrance with small signs advertising actual prices not visible until you are forced to drive past their sensors. 2. Overpriced regardless. 3. You cannot use the garage at all without giving the company your phone number and a credit card number and a license plate. Absolutely insulting and absurd. I don't want these jerks to have that data EVER. Who even knows if they are encrypting the credit card numbers this time? Pretty sure they already failed at that once. 4. The entire notion is absurd. Overcharged Advertised rate of $5 all day parking proclaimed on prominent signage. Small sign at the booth as you entered has hourly rates but expected the BIG signs to supersede the little sign instead of the advertised $5 I was charged $8.45 less than 5 hours of parking. After honorably entering credit card info THEN website informed the fee of $8.45 not $5. Then presented with series of questions rating service and determining quality of experience. No option to dispute fee or contract for follow ups. Could not find how to contact a human on the website. Love the concept of how the Metropolis parking system works - cameras recording your license plate on entry and exit BUT no attendant if things go wrong and no human contact to fix issues.

If you go to the website the parking is easy to pay for before parking. They do offer QR codes on premises for daily and nightly rates but I found the website to be better to navigate.

Their app says you've paid but you will receive a ticket which you cannot contest. Go somewhere else.
