Knight's Redi-Mix

I have done business with Knights several times over the past year and was very pleased. Ordered 22 yds of concrete on 8-13-24 for a pour on Friday 8-23-24. Called Friday morning and touched base w/dispatch who assured me trucks would be there at 2 PM which is the time I had scheduled. At 2:20 PM, I called dispatch to check on the trucks and was told they weren't coming. Needless to say, I was furious and embarrassed to say the least. All dispatch would say was that they scheduled too much that day and I was out of luck. Ended up getting concrete from another vendor but very disappointed in Knights Redi-Mix.

Ordered 9 yards of concrete got 6. Had enough for a area of 17feet x26 feet 4 inches thick. They didn't send a weight ticket. Driver even made a comment that there wasn't 9 yards on the truck. Christopher Green. Made sure he got his cash money. Didn't send a weight ticket with the driver aswell. Don't trust there drivers with cash. Glad I don't work for them CROOKS

Don’t waste your time with this company, called for two weeks leaving messeges and no call back. Spoke with the lady in customer service and she didn’t know any answers to my questions and said she didn’t work the department she was answering the phones for. Poor company all the way around. One star is even too much to give them.

A more superior or just better quality concrete mix than some of the other local places.
