Our kitchen oak cabinets were built and installed by the Amish 25 years ago and were now in need of some TLC. We were looking for a qualified company to refinish our cabinet drawers and doors along with some window sills and bathroom trim. After a thorough search we settled on Knoppe Cabinet Refinishing. Bonnie and Jon Knoppe came to review the work we needed to have done and gave us a quote. They removed our cabinet drawers and doors, refinished and returned them based upon the timing they had promised. The communication and quality of work was EXCELLENT. Knoppe Cabinets did a wonderful job transforming our 25 year old cabinets into a fresh and bright kitchen. The company removed our existing wood cabinet doors to refurbish and paint at their shop. I was nervous about having our honey-oak cabinets refinished but Jon and Bonnie assured me we would be very happy with the outcome. They were correct! Instead of 27 year-old oak cabinets we now have great looking white cabinets that made our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room look new and up-to-date. The new color even made our granite countertops look better. They replaced our handles and added soft close hinges as well. All for a cost that was 40% less than the lowest refacing estimate we received. To top it off, everyone we met from Knoppe was great and went out of their way to make sure we are happy.
