Andrew provided me with a proposal to seal and repair my driveway. The proposal was detailed and very easy to understand and also a very fair price. He came to the worksite on time. He did exactly what he had written in the proposal. I’m very pleased with the finished work. I give Andrew very high marks for customer relations and courtesy. I would recommend him to others for this kind of work.

Andrew and LPS were excellent in communication, and we appreciated the extra effort to be sure it was clear of what we wanted. They repainted our lines in our parking spaces, as well as added a crosswalk which did not exist before. They did an incredible job and we highly recommend their services for your business needs.

Andrew and his crew responded to my call for seal coating/filling. I went in thinking I would be lucky to find a reputable seal coating contractor this late in the year. (9/22). And lucky is exactly what I was. This guy is a pro when it comes to seal coating asphalt. During my initial call, Andrew explained that he was currently working in Orchard Lake, and that he was going to Lapeer after the Orchard Lake job. It just so happens that my home is between the two locations. He showed up THE SAME DAY, and did an amazing job. If you need seal coating services done, just do yourself a favor and hire Lower Peninsula. Quality work done at a great price. Something that is becoming increasingly hard to find. I had my driveway sealed today and am very happy with the results. It looks great. I’ve noticed cars slowing down to look at it. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and pricing. They even gave us a discount because my neighbor had it done today too. Thank guys for a great job!
