Knot Just Decks

We worked with a lot of contractors last year while selling our old house and working on projects for our new house. Working with Knot Just Decks was one of the best experiences we had overall. They were very prompt on making progress on the plan and build. Corey was very thoughtful and patient in helping us plan out the vision and quote of what we wanted to accomplish. Clayton was very helpful and communicative as a project manager while our patio was being built and answering our follow up questions to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We will gladly work with Knot Just Decks again next time we have a patio project we want done!

The customer service and quality of work is superb from this company. They got us quotes quickly for updating our deck and gutters. Mike and John were great at communicating all our options and keeping us up to date on the process and timeline. Both projects were completed within the same week. The work was done so fast even delayed with rain. We work from home, and their work was very minimal disruption and turned out perfect! We requested just a couple of adjustments since the work was finished, and they have been responsive and resolved everything quickly. Will absolutely recommend!

Knot Just Decks did a great job on installing our flag pole! Communication was great from start to finish. After I finished landscaping and installed light, it really tied everything together!

We were a “small potatoes” account that needed a little new porch porch to replace the old, crumbling concrete one. And new gutters across the front of the house. But we didn't get treated like “small time” but were treated like we were the most important one with amazing customer service from the first meeting to the last extra bit of support required to finish the job.
