There was thick, dried dirt on my carpet. I decided to call Knot & Thread and they arrived immediately. They got all the dirt out of our carpet. Now, it looks perfect and clean. I am glad they are in Glendale.
There was some green mold growing in the carpet in the corner of the guest room because of a small leak from the window. They treated the area with a disinfectant and deep cleaned the entire floor.
