Eric Holland came to my home to perform my fall maintenance and he is the most pleasant and friendly gentleman. He greeted me by my name and stated he was here to perform my fall maintenance. I had the pleasure to meet him when he performed my spring maintenance, very professional and kind. I will request him whenever my maintenance service comes up again. Knox helped me out when my heat went out in January. At that time, I got a maintenance agreement with them. Bradley has been my technician for each visit. He did a great job fixing our unit and now keeping our whole system maintained. I feel much more comfortable heading into each season knowing he's helped us avoid any future issues.
