Kudos! First, the estimator Alex showed up on time and took careful notes regarding my home electric punch list. Second, the estimate was received promptly and was reasonable. Third, the electrician Matt arrived on time, fully supplied and ready to go. He had the punch list and got started. From new smoke detectors, new breakers and new lights, we are good to go again. Great job.

Knox Electric did all the electrical for the installation of our solar panels and it went flawlessly. The crew worked together seamlessly and they were all courteous and professional and clearly had a great time doing the job; it’s always a bonus for the homeowner when the crew is happy! In and out of our house countless times, they wiped their feet every time which didn’t really matter to me except as an example of how meticulous they were. Tyler, in particular, was so devoted to his profession that he called his dad - an electrician for over 50 years -‘to help us diagnose the problem with flickering lights that we’d had for almost six months! I called to have electrical work done and could not get a call back after leaving several messages over a 2 week period. When I finally did get in touch with the electrician he told me it would be 3 months before he could come out to do the work.. apparently they are so busy they don’t need new clients or the work?!
