Our CHO had worked with this company and this was her experience. Miami heat bailed us out not once but twice when Guard Oil missed our scheduled deliveries. Once was on the day before Christmas Eve. Highly recomend this company and their professionalism.

I called Guard Oil the day before this March snowstorm and told them I desperately needed oil before the storm. They said sorry, maybe Wednesday or Thursday. Now mind you I have been doing business with them for years. I buy oil for my home and business but it didn't matter to them. I called Miami Heat for the very first time and they said they would be there in the morning, the DAY of the storm. Thank you so much Miami Heat. You gave my family peace of mind. Guess who I'm calling in the future.

Very thankful for Miami Heat today. They were the only ones that would come help us, and they were super friendly. Rates were comparable, not that it even mattered because we were desperate, but still. We are warm today because of them.
