Cody has been absolutely amazing with our pest control service. He is extremely professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which makes the whole process stress-free. He always shows up on schedule and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. Cody does a very thorough job, making sure every area is properly covered, and he genuinely listens when we let him know about any specific concerns or problem spots. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the results. Highly recommend Cody!

I’m 75 years old and have used quite a few service companies over the years, but none have been as dependable and pleasant as this pest control company. My technician, Owen, is absolutely wonderful! Always kind and patient with all my questions. He makes sure everything is taken care of before he leaves, and he even checks in afterward to be sure I’m still pest-free. I don’t have kids, so I really appreciate the personal attention and kindness he shows each visit. It’s nice to know there are still people who take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

The auburn team is fantastic! Kayla is so helpful answering my scheduling needs and Owen is very professional and takes care of any issues that I have. I’ve spoken with both managers in the office Sally and Tara , they both have been helpful as well. Highly recommend Knox in Auburn.
