I was out one day cleaning my gutters noticed a hole in one of my shingles that was completely through the roof. I called Knox Roofing after getting referrals from some neighbors that they had done several roofs in our neighborhood. Dalton answered the phone instantly came out the next day. Did a patch job on all issues on my roof while I contacted the adjuster To see if I can get a approval For a new roof. Once the Adjustercontacting me to set up a date, Dalton met him and the third-party company out to get on the roof and show him the issues once it was approved within a week or so Knox Roofing did a fantastic job on my new roof plus they did some extra work with metal trimming around my house and gutter guards. We are very pleased with our new roof, it’s beautiful, the guy’s came out to the house and worked to get the job completed, cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. Dalton answered all of our questions and was very polite, knowledgeable and understanding of our work schedules and sleep schedules. (Night shift workers) They did an excellent job and we would recommend them for your next roof. PS: They also replaced our mom’s roof and she is very pleased with it as well!
