Knoxville Designer Decks

We had a deck that was showing it's age and an area below the deck that was just a muddy mess. Because of this, we wanted the new deck to have 2 levels and Giancarlo was able to take our ideas and design a great, 2 level deck with lots of livable, usable space! The crew that was assigned to do our tear down and build was on time each day and were friendly, answering our questions whenever we asked. We decided to have the bottom deck a little closer to the ground (within the Code) and trade the original design that included railing on the bottom for a waterproofing system (see picture from under the deck that shows the rubberized material running between the upper floor joists to a gutter and downspout) that was installed directly underneath the top deck, and allowed for a dry area on the b

These guys were great. Richard came out to discuss what we wanted done. He spent a great deal of time with us, helping us make decisions about the small things that go into building a beautiful deck. John and his crew did a fabulous job building the deck. The crew was courteous and cleaned up each day after they finished for the day. We look forward to finding another project for them to do for us.
