My wife and I had an old deck than needed to be replaced, and we are incredibly satisfied with the work that Mike and Chance did. I called Mike to discuss the type of project we had, and what we wanted to do. He promptly scheduled a time to come out and give us an estimate. They were very through with the estimate, and were able to complete it the same day. We were able to get on their schedule in a timely manner as well. Once they started on the project, everything was very organized, and Mike and Chance did a fantastic job explaining what the building process would look like and a reasonable timeline to finish the project. We hired Chance and his team at Knoxville Home Improvement to update a failing electrical issue in our home.
