If I could add more stars, I would!! Our new home is in a development with very little shade, and there’s no escaping the sun and tremendous winds. We had to find a solid solution. After significant research, I discovered StruXure pergolas – and Caleb Wagner from Knutsen Outdoor. Caleb worked with me and my husband for more than a year, helping design the perfect deck and pergola for our new home. We were very particular about the size and design, as well as the structure, operation, and longevity of the automated louvre system. We had so many questions, and Caleb was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We have used Knutsen three times, for hardscape and landscaping over the past eleven years. When we had our home built, they designed and built our raised stone beds in the front of our home along with landscaping around the house and back courtyard. Five years ago, they built beautiful flagstone steps to go out our kitchen sliders, onto our courtyard patio. Then, this year, we had them return to take up our back brick patio, that was put in by the builder, remove grass, a dying tree, and bushes, to put in a beautiful flagstone patio, 2 new trees and a gas fire pit. They were amazing to work with for the design and construction. Not only do they communicate often, but they also lined up, and worked with UGI, for the gas line.
