Beware of Pine Brook Farm and Jon in particular. Jon from Pine Brook Farm took $14,000 for a job that was terrible from start to finish. Since then, I’ve had two real arborists visit my property who confirmed how poor the work was. I’ve now been with Tomlinson Bomberger for two years and they’ve been absolutely delightful — a night-and-day difference. I was willing to let the bad experience go, but now Jon’s company is dumping grass on my property — and I’m not even his client anymore! When I politely asked him to clean it up, he was absurdly rude on the phone and told me to “kick rocks.” He even tried to claim that this kind of behavior is why I’m “no longer his client.” No, Jon — you lost my business when you sent a teenager with a weed whacker to “mow” my lawn after charging me $60 f
