Exelente work Koala Cooling. I recently had a new air conditioner installed in my apartment by they and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The installation was done professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What I really appreciated is that they also offer additional maintenance services, which gives me peace of mind knowing I can rely on them in the future to keep my system running smoothly. Our schools have had a great experience working with this company. Isaiah did a very thorough job at both of our schools with our routine maintenance. Evan responded quickly to get us set up with a brand new unit. Dustin was very helpful in coordinating all our different projects. Dustin and Isaiah saved the day at my house. The heater had stopped working and it was COLD! They now have the house warming up again and I'm thrilled. In addition to getting the heater up and running they were also very easy to chat with when they were explaining the problem. Management should give them a really nice Christmas bonus. 🙂

We recently had a new AC system installed. I started having issues with our old thermostat, and of course it was after hours. They still made a point to be out the following morning as soon as they possibly could, and technician Evan Anderson came by and had everything up and working in no time. So far have had a good experience with Koala Cooling overall.
