Koala Insulation of Southern Tier NY

Darrin and his crews did a fantastic job. They did a great job covering windows, doors, switches, outlets and building materials while moving through the job site. They did a close cell foam on all outside walls. Then fiberglass bats between the truss rafters and additional blown in insulation for R49. Did a great site clean up. I would definitely recommend them.

Darren and his employee did an absolutely great job!! The weather was brutal, in the teens and my building is 64x30. They made sure to put plastic everywhere that could get over spray on it. I needed at least 1 inch of foam to stop the condensation, but there is way more. He was 2 thousand dollars less than the competition, I highly recommend!!

I can't recommend Darrin enough! Building a house and it is the only part of the process that has been smooth and stress free. Great price, great work, very knowledgeable, he shows up when he says he will be there, and is done when he says he will be done. If I could leave 100 starts I would. Thank you Darrin!

I recently hired the wonderful team at Koala Insulation to add blown insulation into my parents older home (they had blown insulation completed more than 3 decades ago). Darrin explained the process and scheduled a time to complete the work. They had great communication during the entire process. They are an honest business. Darrin called to let me know that the previous insulation had not settled and that the house was still well insulated. They could have been shady and just pretended to fill the house and charge me, however they did not. They offered me a fair price to account for a few hours of work (trying different areas of the house just to verify the insulation hadn't settled in other spots). Kudos for being an honest business!!

We had an issue with raccoons that tore up the bat insulation in the attic that came with the house. Darrin and his team removed the old insulation out and replaced it with blown-in cellulose. They did a great job, and Darrin was very responsive and knowledgeable. The price Koala quoted was also much more affordable than other quotes we got. Highly recommended.
