Koala Insulation of St. Louis

We are very pleased with our new crawlspace insulation. The bidding process was easy, the crew that came out to install the insulation was communicative, friendly, and very respectful of our space, and we felt an immediate difference in the temperature of the affected space. Additionally, after our service was completed, the estimator (Nick) let us know that the scope of work wasn't what he had originally anticipated, and adjusted our bill to be less. We would highly recommend Koala for their honesty and excellent work!

We needed to replace spray foam insulation after tornado repairs to our roof were completed. The Koala team was timely, very thorough and went out of their way to make sure we understood what they were doing and why. I thought their pricing was reasonable and appreciated their timely and quick service.

We had a great experience with Koala Insulation from start to finish! They removed our old insulation that was damaged from the tornado and blew in new insulation, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The crew was efficient, respectful of our home, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. Nick H. was especially wonderful to work with. He walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the whole process. His communication and customer service really stood out. We’re very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Koala Insulation to anyone looking for quality work and great service!

Ryan and the crew were very prompt and explained all the work they would be doing in detail. They took before and after pictures and even cleaned up after the work was finshed. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. Claire in the office took care of all the paperwork for Spire and Nick the estimator also were very professional and explained everything in detail. I now have a nice clean attic that isn't collecting moisture as it is well ventilated. I also had a solar fan put on the roof to help out with the ventilation.This review is for the Affton Location .

Good work overall… happy with the insulation and attic fan. The guys busted their butts to get the work done. The left over blown in insulation clean up was a nightmare… whole hose was covered in blow back… left a little present as well shot a screw through the ceiling right next to our smoke detector. Great work fellas… but offer clean up services after the fact!
