KOBA Corporation

I have been a client of Koba for over five years. The professionalism and the personal attention I’ve received from CEO Franz Bach Jr. and his team is amazing. My shipments were always on time and Koba’s logistical coordination is perfect. When I make a call to Koba I’m always confident that I’m going to get the assistance I need with orders and manufacturing. In today’s manufacturing environment it can be challenging finding a manufacturing company that may be a good fit, but we have found that fit with Koba Corp.

TLDR: Former clients of Koba, found Koba to be highly unprofessional and severely unreliable to the point of negatively effecting our business. Orders were shipped late or never sent at all and Koba representatives were unprofessional, inappropriate, and unable or unwilling to do the jobs they were reasonably expected to do. My business (like most) depends on our suppliers to get our orders made and shipped in a timely and professional manner so that we can continue to do business and provide for our customers. Trying to work with Koba has resulted in lost business and credibility with our own customers when we were let down by Koba and Koba’s representatives, not just once but with multiple orders in the last few months. Above & Beyond Heather at Koba was such a huge help when I was looking for a specific color of hanging baskets for my wedding! She sent me pictures & sizing of the different options they had, that weren't listed on the website. She was so kind & thoughtful, I will always order from this company from here on out!
