Bad gas valve in new carrier rtu, forced to purchase a 2nd gas valve (expensive 3-4x more than a typical single stage valve) and start warranty process. The 2nd gas valve was also bad from factory, instead of swapping parts, they wanted us to buy a 3rd gas valve and warranty it out. 2nd valve hadnt even been installed, coil was OL like 1st valve.
Never had any issues with this group here in Ft.Wayne or Indy
New location is clean and organized. Staff is always friendly.
Not great. Just isn't. God help you.
Love this place, these people are the best!!
