I would just like to say how great of a job Kohl Facilities Maintenance did for us. They were very skillful and professional as they came out and did maintenance on my hvac unit. They explained and fixed all my problems. I would diffidently recommend this company as they left me with a 100% working system along with a couple of tips to keep it that way . One satisfied costumer, thanks for doing such a great job.

Great service! Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They came out the same day and fixed my freezer. Can't beat quick friendly service. This was the second time I had this part break and they charged me a lot less to fix it. Three months later and it's still working great. I will definitely use them the next time I need anything!

Richard is very detailed and makes sure that the equipment that he works on is working properly before he leaves the location. He is also very friendly and tries to stay out of the way of my workers while he makes the repairs...
