Mike Carroll's Heating & Air

1/23/2026 : As we were facing this terrible ice storm they are calling for tomorrow; I find I have no backup heat. The small gas heater in the bathroom will not come on. Elberton Utilities suggested I call Mike Carroll to see if he can help me. Ended up, they had to replace my unit. They were nice enough to drive to Royston to pick it up and install the same day. His workers were so nice to me and my dog. This is truly a five star operation.

Mike Carroll came out the same day on one of the hottest days we had seen at that point in the year. Within hours of me calling him, he squeezed us into his busy schedule. We needed a brand new heat pump bc ours tore up and we had been without air for 3 days battling 117 degree temp inside our home. He came on a Tuesday, told us we needed a new one and offered financing options. By the next morning, he showed up with a new one and Hunter installed it in under 2 hours. We are so grateful for their professionalism and quick pace to get us back comfortable. I have recommended and I will continue to recommend customers to this business. Mike is great to work with , efficient and knows what he is doing. His team is fantastic, very friendly, courteous, and fast. They did a beautiful job of replacing our ducts in an urgent situation. Very happy with the job, the price and the staff. We will use him for all of our heating and air conditioning needs.

My air conditioning went out and Mike Carroll was immediately responsive. He repaired the AC and replaced a thermostat. He chased the problem down quickly and my house is cool again. The price was reasonable, he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he fixed. I highly recommend. this company.
