DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS - not even a week, I called and unlocked this trailer lock and re-keyed. I only opened once on the day of and tried to open second time yesterday afternoon. When I tried to open, re-keyed lock just spins around freely. When I called for this issue, they wanted an additional hourly fee of $100 per hour, but I cannot lock this lock anymore - basically, drilling out the lock for $100 per hour!! They already received $170 for the shady job last week and additional $100 per hour for not able to lock anymore. By the way, that is with a discount of not charging service fee per this person... Very rude!!!! No customer service skills. Maybe he only want on-call service Stopped in the get a key cut after he said he couldn’t program it because I didn’t get it from him I told him I only needed it cut not program he gave me another excuse and walked away without saying anything. I stood for a second then as I was walking out he mumble something and keep walking. He may do great work but I will never know. Hope it was just a bad day but some other people feel the same. Big Shout Out to Zachary Phillips! I went to five different places trying to find someone to help me replace a key on my 07 Suzuki. Zack made me a key that would not fit but he did not give up. He shaped it and did everything he needed to do to make it work for my specific situation.
