One of the top 5 worst companies ever been to. Nobody in the shipping office, very unorganized and don’t answer phone Customer service is trash. Only the yard man was helpful.

Easy to find.. checked in with a 325 number and was told to go to the green building down the street.. nice people. Easy back.. someone will bring the paperwork out to you.

Doin delivery , got here 6 am , 6:30 out office next to door 14 small steps and lady will tell you where to go

Their entrances and exit look like we don’t belong there lol, buzz in and go to shipping office, have a 323 # ready and you may have to go 1420 N. 5th st., Union City TN 38261, to get loaded. Another entrance/exit that looks like you don’t belong there lol. Lots of room to maneuver at this area. Once loaded forklift driver will bring your paperwork.
