Our HVAC unit went out at midnight last night leaving us with a significantly warm house all night. RC Mechanical were so good to us! They walked us through the steps of everything we needed to do before the technicians arrived on the phone. Within an hour of calling, we got a text message informing us that the techs were on their way and even included a picture so we would know who to look for when they arrived. The technicians diagnosed the issue within minutes and had cold air back in our house within 20-30 minutes of their arrival. They even took the time to clean out the unit before leaving. Everything about our experience with RC Mechanical was positive. They've earned my business for all future needs. Highly recommended.
Called this company twice to try to get their service. The lady in the office was very rude and hung up on me. Called back and she hung up again. I had a friend to call and she hung up on them also. Bad customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.
These guys are great! Excellent turn around time from call to service tech arriving at your door. I would highly recommend this company!
I want to make it clear, I did NOT use this company but I TRIED to on many occasions… They are less than 3 minutes from my home but still could never get a call back nor anyone to come out to check my HVAC unit. I was having a problem with my HVAC unit not cooling my house down & the thermostat always being at a higher temp, then I set it too, it actually wouldn’t go below a certain temperature. This company originally installed the HVAC unit in my home, when it wasn’t my home, then I bought it. The lady on the phone told me how her son now runs this company, bragged about how they originally installed this unit, how she could help me because that unit has a warranty on it, how she knew the family that lived here before me, how she would call me back…. That never happened. Instead I calle
