Jess was more than just helpful. She worked above and beyond to give us a fantastic buying experience. She was available after hours and always courteous. She made us feel more like family and Friends rather than just customers. All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend the Kohler store for your remodels. I initially went in just looking for inspiration, but ended up doing all of my purchasing there. Interesting showroom for Kohler. They use different products to showcase and there are some items on sale but I would say this is more for higher end products and showcase new products and styles. Great place for decorative ideas.
