We are renovating our bathroom and the bathtub we ordered from Home Depot got lost. Home Depot was zero help in solving this in a timely manner. I called and spoke with Jico and he was so incredibly helpful, he saved the day! We were able to order the exact tub I needed and get it expedited for delivery. He also caught an error with the drain we had and helped us get the correct NYC code drain. So so so thrilled with their service and help. Update! The tub was delivered by 8:30 am THE NEXT MORNING! The warehouse was so kind and helpful in giving us up to date travel info. Do not order from Home Depot. Order from Jico!
