Philip was phenomenal! We moved into a home that hadn’t cared for their gas fireplace in probably a decade at least. It wouldn’t turn on and the glass was incredibly foggy. Philip had his work cut out for him, but made the fireplace functional again and cleaned the glass so it was spotless! He was quick, efficient, and so pleasant. Will absolutely call them again in the future! Thank you, Philip!

Fantastic!!! Cannot say enough great things about Garrette & the whole process from making the appt, customer service, until it was fixed, cleaned & looks like a new fireplace! Was low in price compared to my neighbors who have had the same service! It was worth the wait re: the appt date!

Brandon is very knowledgeable and explained the issue and resolution very clearly. Nice of him to explain various options and their pros & cons. Even the Service desk ( dont know the name) was really helpful and let me first in line after I explained the issue. And I was informed when Brandon started and when he arrived! I had similar experience with one of your technicians in the past. This is a great company to work with, very honest and transparent.

Warranty work on electric fireplace, it starts with the lady who I spoke to originally that scheduled the appointment. I don't remember her name but she's the one that takes the calls at your place was extremely helpful as very good customer service skills that you don't see nowadays. The technician that came out and did the work was quick. Fast knew exactly what was going on was very polite. Very professional outstanding you guys

VERY good customer service! Installers JEREMY and SAM were really great to work with. They were personable and answered all of our questions. The tear out and installation was excellent. They were very respectful of our home and left it in immaculate condition. We are impressed!
