Steve and Matt absolutely knocked it out of the park with my house. Steve met with me at the shop to look at all of our flooring options and we decided what was best for us, and then Matt showed up when they said they would be there on time and they did a flawless job. I have used them on multiple properties now and they never cease to amaze me. I highly recommend the flooring guys especially Steve and Matt to get you taken care of. I know I will continue using them foe not only carpet, but potentially my other flooring needs as well. Five stars all the way around here!

We engaged The Flooring Guys for carpet, LVP, and engineered hardwood flooring working with David Vaughan where David personally delivered samples to our home for my convenience. The installation team conducted themselves professionally, arriving punctually and communicating efficiently regarding any concerns that arose during the process. Overall, collaborating with their crew was an excellent experience.

We have had The Flooring Guys work on a couple projects for our house and never disappointed! We appreciate the clear communication, being on time, and their attention to detail. We most recently got our floors redone on the main floor (which also included our railing) and couldn’t be happier! We will continue going to them for all of our flooring needs.

I went into their shop on a Saturday with what felt like a slightly unreasonable request because my basement would only be fully empty for two days. I was making a snap decision to completely change the flooring from the damaged carpet to LVP, all on a budget. Ryan was there and helped me immediately to show me what my options were. He made some calls to verify that he would have a crew available so quickly. From start to finish he stayed positive and was so adaptable. He came over the next day to officially measure my basement and brought the samples so I could visualize the final look. Even then, I completely changed my mind and went with a different color of LVP, and he made it happen.
