Quick and efficient service! Came here to return an Amazon product and the employee was very quick with his service. All clothes and items were well stocked and had plenty of nice items for spring and still some for winter. Large store and still is quite pricy but overall not bad.

Great store. No complaints. Plenty of parking, checkout is always quick. I’m here a lot for Amazon returns! Also has a better than most baby section!

Every time that I shop at Kohl's located in North Riverside I'm met with racism. Once again I had to report a Latina salesperson. I was looking for gold earrings (14k or plated). She was working restocking products in the jewelry department. She told me Koh'l did not carry any 14k jewelry. She was rude and dismissive and abruptly turned her back on me. I found that hard to believe, but since I needed other items, I left. After collecting two pairs of shoes, dresses, several outfits, a nightgown, and jeans, I was very pleased but I kept thinking about the jewelry. I went back and noticed that she was smiling and greeting other Latino customers as they passed. As I was passing in the aisle, she saw me and began to walk in the opposite direction.
