Target

Its a Target, much nicer feel than its competitors, its cleaner and better layed out. Overall, just a better and more pleasant shopping experience than the place the start with a W. Almost the same price point as its competitor, but with a much improved shopping environment. The one thing Target needs improved on is customer service, this is a spot they really lack in. But if you dont need any help, it will be a nice shopping experience.

My husband Rich and I went Christmas shopping here and found better prices than at Walmart. We wound up purchasing most of my 9yr old son’s Christmas gifts and were in and out within an hour. It was organized, well stocked, fully staffed with friendly cashiers and very short lines. Parking was plenty.

It’s a nice target. When I don’t want to be a bum I dress up and go to this target. The reason for the 2 stars : I will say it’s weird that grown men and women use the family restroom to poop. 75% of the time its target employees, So I have to stand outside and wait with my baby who has a poopy diaper while grown adults poop alone in the family restroom.

I want to share a very disappointing experience at this Target. We bought a pair of pants from the Broadview Target using self-checkout and didn’t notice the security tag was still on. The alarm didn’t go off when we left the store. When we came to this Target near our home and showed the receipt, the two customer service employees insisted that we had to drive back to Broadview to remove the tag. They refused to help even though we clearly proved the purchase. We later went to another Target (not Broadview), and they removed the tag for us with no problem.

This store is fine, I have shopped here for years. Never blew me away, never really let me down. Today I noticed at 10:30 AM on a Friday that there were only two active checkout lanes - eliminating or reducing self-checkout is fine, in fact I’m in favor of it - but if the store does not have self checkout active and still only has two cashiers, that is going to create delays and inconvenience, not to mention a burden on the two cashiers that ARE active. This showed me that this store does not plan well. This store does not adequately anticipate the effects of the changes they make to their operation. They didn’t take the time to plan better or allocate more cashiers, instead they wasted valuable time and resources less important items (such as the production of employee name tags with pref
