Good luck getting a call back. I've called 6 times. Goes to voice-mail. Left messages that were never returned.

When you call no one answers When you leave a message no return calls. Sent message on Facebook someone responded said they would call soon. No call. Don’t waste your time.

Call to get information on if this business installs pools. A rude guy on the phone replies yes they have a contractor that does it. I said ok may I please have a contact if you go through them. Rudly replies "Not a chance" and hangs up. What is with people. I was simply looking for information before I purchased the pool on pricing for excavation and install as I'm not sure where to have a pool installed at my property. He lost a sale. Couldn't even tell him why I wanted the contact first. What a douche. His other ratings must be friends. He's a dick. I'll go elsewhere. Not a guy I'd want to do business with.

Those guys were fantastic! Very friendly and easy going. They transformed a pool that I'd almost lost hopes for, into a beautiful water waderland. Great service. Thank you so, so much!

I switched to Kolbe's last year after a horrible experience w. Bob's Pools who installed my pool and had a customer for many years. Kolbe's is very responsive, knowledgeable and had great customer service, which is an item that is not on the company vision statement at Bob's Pools.
