Had a major renovation done to my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. Ari checked all the boxes - he was knowledgeable, honest, professional and very easy to communicate with. Had the wall between the kitchen, living room, and dining room taken down to create a beautiful open concept layout. They installed a completely new kitchen and island, new tile floors throughout, they also renovated my master bathroom, and had the entire home repainted inside.Also built new stone steps for the house entry. Their attention to detail really shows in the finished work. Very pleased with how everything turned out. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely happy with the work Kondo Remodeling did on my 2 bathrooms in my home. they converted our 1/2 bath into a full bathroom with a large shower. They completely remodeled our other bathroom , both with high end modern finishes. Ari was great with communication, very knowledgable and was of great help with the bathroom design. His team was professional, friendly, and courteous. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I had been wanting to create a laundry and mudroom combo at my home for the longest time but was hesitant. My boiler however was causing issues so I was forced to fix it and so I did everything else too. Kondo Remodeling handled all of it. They built a new laundry/mudroom with all new electrical and plumbing for the washer and dryer, I also had cabinets installed for more storage. My electrical service also needed an upgrade to handle everything new and existing in my house. For the boiler, Ari recommended installing a Combi tankless boiler for the hot water and the heat for the house, which saves money on my bill. In one of the bathrooms we changed out the bathtub to a walk-in shower which also came out great. To be honest, I was worried about spending this much money and taking on such

I hired Kondo Remodeling to design my media room/home office. They did a fantastic job capturing exactly what I wanted out of the space. The moved my office furniture into the space, repainted the walls and mounted the tv/soundbar home theater setup. Ari was extremely knowledgeable and careful with the premium AV equipment. What was most impressive was the efficiency/craftsmanship of the work. The design and multi use ability of their color choice and room layout was spot on. I relied heavily on their expertise and I’m thankful I did. I would highly recommend Kondo Remodeling for any residential or commercial buildouts.

Great work from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Ari and his team. They completely transformed my home. Had my old kitchen, the master bathroom, and new tile flooring redone throughout my house. He also redid my concrete driveway.
