AVOID. Came to house for a service call while a renter was present, looked at neighbors hvac unit out back instead of ours and told renter our hvac was 20 years old, it’s 6. Then came back next day to look at right unit. Then on morning they were supposed to fix HVAC they called at 8 am, didn’t mention parking. Showed up and didn’t ring doorbell or throw four ways on and just left and called said they’d come back next week because they didn’t see parking. Never said they required two driveway spots, never rang doorbell. Then when I called they told me that none of this was their problem. I do not recommend this company at all.

I had a new HVAC system installed by Konopka Marsden. Charlotte in the office was super helpful, got me quotes, arranged everything and even moved my appointment up by two days at the last minute for me. Technicians Chris and Logan did the installation of the new gas heater and AC equipment. Both were very punctual, polite, professional and left my home immaculate. They explained everything and took their time to make sure everything was done just right. Charlotte handled the rebate papers and the warranty registration for me. I can’t say enough good things about the team there.

Mike and his staff are amazing. Whenever I have had any issues they were so quick to come out and take care of the issues. I live 3 hours away and have 2 rental properties and it sets my mind at ease knowing I have a reputable, honest company to call whenever there are any issue.

This company is one of the best! They’ve come out and responded immediately to us twice now! Both times were during a heat wave and our AC suddenly shut down. They are compassionate and professional. Highly, highly recommended! Always a pleasure.

I called and reached out to this company and was connected with the owner I called Saturday afternoon and they told me they would get back to me Monday morning and sure enough at 9 AM sharp I got a call from the office and they told me that the owner was on his way. Within five minutes he identified the problem and solved what another company could not. He charged me $10 for the visit. Truly a gentleman and professional and I would recommend him 100 times and will be using his services going forward for all of my HVAC needs
