Kontz Construction was a great company to work with. Joe and Jose and their team made our house beautiful. They listened to what we were hoping for and made it happen. They helped support our dream of turning our home into a modern, open concept design with detailed specifications that we requested. They replaced our windows and siding to create a more updated look. They added a window above our newly installed front door to give extra light into our living space. We had extensive work done both outside and in and the crews were out just about every day and on time during the course of the almost 3 month project. Any issues that arose were handled in a very timely manner. They are reliable, highly professional, extremely courteous and will make sure the job is done to your complete satisfaction. We relied on the project manager, Jose throughout the job and his insight and flexibility with us during the process was invaluable.

Fast service at a good price. The crew arrived on time, worked with our schedule, and left things relatively clean. There were a couple of minor issues I caught while they worked, but the crew graciously corrected issues as soon as I spotted them. They kept my electricity and internet on throughout the project. My house looks 1000% better, and has a much more weather proof exterior now. No hidden charges or shifty terms in the contract. I couldn't be happier.

Very happy to say that Kontz Construction did a great job with our new roof! Lots of fun issues discovered from whoever did the roof for the previous home owners: 4 layers of shingles, bathroom vent closed off, attic van had to power, etc. The roof is now beautiful, functional, and if this review is still 5 stars in future years… leak proof.
