Harry is a conman in the truest sense of the word. After he had my money, he tried to unilaterally change the contract to allow for additional charges. When I refused to pay more, he simply stopped work. Whenever I call him, he says he will take care of things. Then he never does! My wife and I are currently in the process of cleaning up his mess. Harry seemed very knowledgeable about the chimney repair needed, and he came in at a competitive price. He wasn’t the cheapest, but we trusted he knew what he was doing and he said he was able to come out Tuesday the following week to complete the work. When he didn’t show, I called and he said the weather was too cold (not sure why he wouldn’t call me first). Ok, that could be a valid excuse, but then he didn’t show up that Saturday as promised. He answered his phone one more time that day and said he would come out when “the weather breaks.” I asked for an actual time and he said he’d be out Tuesday. He never showed. We asked Harrison to do chimney inspections for the sale of our home. Time was of the essence and he came to our house, we asked him to insulate liners and give us an inspection report. He said he would come Friday to do the work, we gave him a $750 check for half the work and the balance would be given upon completion. He signed a receipt and left. I had my daughter come to the house so someone could be there to open and close for him. He never came. My husband called him and he said he would come Saturday instead. Again my daughter kindly came and waited and he no showed. We called and called and called and texted and texted and texted. We had to hire another company and have asked for our money back since he had the time to cash the check. We will be contacting the Better Business Burea

Please avoid HARRISON FINE (Harry) at all costs! He is a SCAMMER and a LIAR!! He drew up a contract to perform work at my home. He wanted the cost of materials and half of the total cost of the project. I gave this man thousands of dollars and I have not heard from him in months. He started the project and NEVER FINISHED IT. What he’s doing to people is not okay. He should be ashamed An apology would be returning my money

Harry did a great job re-stuccoing our chimney! His work was meticulous, and we couldn't be happier! Being an owner of rental properties I am always looking for companies I can count on and USA 1 Chimney & Masonry is definitely one! I will definitely use them again!
