Travis from Kool Air and More LLC was great! He came out the same morning after we touched base, worked efficiently, and was very thorough—he really wanted to make sure everything was checked properly. He replaced a capacitor and made sure the drip line was working correctly before wrapping up. Excellent service all around. I’ll definitely call him again next time I need A/C work done!

Travis repaired an AC that another technician, from a local company, said could not be repaired. Travis came out the next morning changed out a circuit breaker and my AC is working. Because he was so honest we just had him install a new mini -split. Very pleased with his honesty and knowledge. We plan on replacing the other unit soon and will definitely use Travis from now on for all our AC maintenance.
