Bob, the lead technician was very knowledgeable, and the owners reached out multiple times to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied. Not only is our home's heating and cooling system more efficient and effective now, but replacing our old system with a new heat pump allowed us to take advantage of the state's efficiency program and receive the maximum rebate. We would definitely recommend Kool-Aire to anyone for their HVAC needs-- it was a great experience from start to finish.
