They are crooks. They damaged my house sprayed refrigerant down 2 sides of the house ruining the siding. They admitted fault in writing and claimed they would handle it. Lie. They claimed insurance would handle it another lie. After a yr still more lies and not fixed. They caused more damage than the cost of the ac. The charged for new parts thry did not provide. Had to take them to court and they didn't pay what the judge allowed. Bottomline is they are a hot mess .. look elsewhere.

Marc & his team are some of the best around. Our development projects are typically complex and Kool Ease always does a great job for me.

Large install in large old mansion in Middletown, the guys did an amazing job routing ducts and plumbing in the heating and AC system. I'm remarkably happy I chose Kool-Ease over some of the other local contractors. Mark and his team and professionals at their craft.

Called re a furnace going out. A week and 1 day, still haven't gotten a returned call. Bought a new system from a different vendor.
