I had my furnace installed 3 years ago through a go green program with Kool Vent and they were wonderful. Due to the blizzard our Google nest thermostat went through fuses due to power surges and Kool Vent helped walk me through trouble shooting over the phone with their awesome technician Chris. As soon as Chris could get to us, he came and fixed the problem and replaced the thermostat for us. Ill never use a wifi thermostat, specifically Google nest again. We have used Kool Vent for our heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenance for close to 10 years. We are very satisfied with the service we receive. Most recently we had to have our furnace repaired when we needed both a new capacitor and a new motor. Marty, the technician, was on time, very efficient, and explained everything that needed to be done. He was even great with our dog. We highly recommend Kool Vent.

We’ve used Kool Vent for a number of HVAC things now- from AC repair, to total replacement of our boiler/ hot water heater (to a new Navien system) and new AC, to routine maintenance and any little issues that may pop up. They are BY FAR the best around! We love that it’s a family-owned and run local business. Everyone from the owners to the maintenance team and everyone in between is friendly, helpful, and takes care of us like family. It’s easy to schedule maintenance or repairs, their pricing is competitive, and they also work with NJNG if you’re going that route. We recently had an issue with our heat, and Kool Vent quickly sent someone out to fix it- the same tech who had installed our system a few years before. I finally found a company I can trust to fix my AC. I had 3 companies look at my AC unit and got 3 different answers about what was wrong. None of the companies gave me confidence when they explained what was wrong and all of them bad-mouthed the work of the person before them (personally I hate that behavior). A friend recommended Koolvent and they were much clearer about what needed to be fixed. I decided to go with them and glad I did. They explained the situation and got it done; no commentary on other companies. Techs were very nice and explained everything clearly. I will definitely use them again.
