Koolfog

Koolfog was absolutely excellent. They called me back at 7:30 Monday morning after I left a voicemail requesting service Sunday evening. Calvin was exceptional, quick, explanatory, and kind. There was no wasted time or unnecessary product pushing. 10/10

Quality product and excellent service. System was already installed at our home and runs like a charm pumping out thick mist not water sprinkles like you see from some systems. We recently had our system serviced and the experience was flawless… immediate response and the technician was professional and worked quickly (sorry forget his name but Koolfog you have a good one … treat him well!) I also appreciate not being hounded to fill out a BS survey and being pressured how to respond hence this glowing review (I rarely write reviews). I suspect Koolfog carries a premium cost in this market and can attest it’s worth it if you appreciate a quality product and customer experience.

I’ve had the koolfog system for about 7 years and I get it serviced annually. Koolfog staff is excellent in following up and making sure everything works. Calvin has been out the last few years to my home and does a great job of servicing the system with a full and complete explanation.
