They explained the issue clearly, gave me fair pricing upfront, and had my AC running perfectly the same day. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend! Paul Mitchell’s Air Care is my go to for all my commercial property needs! I have been a customer for several years now and very happy with their service of replacing old units, repairing and having quarterly maintenance services. With other companies I have used prior to Paul Mitchell’s Air Care, I found debris left on the roof of discarded equipment, bottles, screws, wires, etc that were not removed after a service and just left on the roof which can puncture roofing membrane as well as clog the drains. Paul and his service technicians are very conscientious which makes me feel comfortable that I know that they will provide the best service.
