Really appreciated being sworn at by one of their workers as I walked my dog this morning. They are doing work in our new development in Dayton. Parked on sidewalks swearing at people. Nice. Super professional. I left a message at their office but based on the reviews here I don’t expect a response. Guess treating people poorly is part of their business model.
From one Koop to another Kopp I love your flags on 4th of July
Never finished the job. 1 year later and still waiting for my pool deck to be sealed. Suddenly they" no longer have someone who seals for them" Hard to believe a concrete company doesnt have someone who seals for them. Very rude on the phone. Feel like they took the money and ran, no intetest in finishing the job.
Signed up to do a job with Bill Kopp, I guess others are more important. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional in all senses. Run from this POS
I left a message regarding getting a estimate on removal & pouring new concrete, with no return phone call.
