spoke to Michael Snow about a core bit that I needed for a job that I had to do out of town and I was in a time crunch. This bit needed to have specific dimensions and only had one shot at it being correct since I had to be working out of town and could not have him remake it if it didn't work. Michael assured me that it would be ready on time with no issues. I was able to pick up the bit on time and it worked beyond my expectaions. I had no issues and was able to finish the job on time. Thank you Michael for all your help
Rude and doesn’t know what’s going in their shop, worst shipping receiving ever!
Spend the money and buy a Hilti. Not good for engineering purposes.
