Konstantin was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Tried everything to fix our very old dishwasher, but so old no parts even made anymore. Was a very cheap diagnostic fee. Full disclosure, we used to be neighbors for a very long time and I can tell you he is a trustworthy person of good character. Konstantin was great! He did the diagnostic and knew what was wrong with our Thermador oven, and was very transparent about cost and timing. Konstantin from Kosmos appliance repair is absolutely amazing. I noticed there was a brown liquid coming from the ice maker. I sent a message and he responded very quickly and scheduled an appt per my availability. He explained everything he was going to do, the possible problems that could arise before beginning.
