I'm very impressed and satisfied with the work KEC did on my house (miscellaneous electrical repairs/improvements). My electrician, Mike, was great -- very friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. In multiple instances he went above-and-beyond what we'd agreed on the initial quote/proposal, such as replacing an outlet box that wasn't mounted well in the wall or cleaning up other connections in the same box as a switch he was working on. This really showed his commitment to doing quality work and making sure things are done right rather than just doing the minimum, and I really appreciate it. Ran 4 new wires from kitchen to breaker box. Replace job box. Replace a couple outlets. Finished it all up by cleaning the area!! Great company starting with the lady who answered the phone to the electrician (Mike S) who came out and did the job. Very nice people top to bottom. Electrician explained everything and never put pressure on us. No BS sales pitch or you have to do this or that BS. Highly recommend!!!! Side note- loved our very large dogs

We had KECO come out to give us an estimate. Of course I saw the hundreds of 5 star reviews so our expectations were pretty high. The technician came out and he was extremely courteous, explained everything, and answered all our questions. Even the owner, Greg, responded immediately on a Sunday nite and after hours on a weekday. Greg must never go to sleep fielding questions via text and email in a prompt and engaging manner. Their quotes are competitive and with their amazing customer service, I will definitely be using them. I will report again after they do the job. I have no doubt they will be nothing but excellent! My father at first try to do the light fixture, and he failed and below out five circuits, and they come super fast, and fixed it super fast as well, now we have all the power back on. Both Workers were polite, very hard working and the job was reasonably priced. We will always called them again if we have problems.
