Triage

When we saw that sewage had backed up into our basement on a Saturday night, we were appalled at the smell and destruction it caused. We received a recommendation for Triage Restoration from our friend, Marc Goldberg of Space and Company, and called on Sunday to leave a message. 10 minutes later, Patti White called to offer their complete services. She answered all of my questions and, due to our scheduling conflict, sent out Shannon and Mark on Tuesday. They took care of everything; moving stuff, removing carpet and contaminated items, cleaning, and air filtration! By Saturday, restoration was complete. Everyone from Triage showed professional, caring treatment of us and our belongings. Patti was able to provide an estimate range on our first call and the final number was right on. They

Triage restoration was recommended to us by my sister who used them and raved about how thorough they were. So we called Patti and explained that a family member let her house go with animal waste and animal urine. Patti and her staff were wonderful. She quoted a price up front and would always notify us when additional charges were added. The quality of the work was excellent. They came back many times to make sure the smell was gone. I would highly recommend this company

Found this awesome small business about 7 years ago when sewage backed up in my basement. They made an extremely stressful time much easier on my nerves. Needless to say that when a need arosed again that they were the first on my call list. Shannon and crew are very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand the processes .I highly recommend you give them a try when you have water issues.

Shannon, Pat, and Chance couldn’t have been a better team to work with! They responded quickly when a broken hose on our washing machine sent water dripping into our dining room, and they made a stressful situation much more manageable. They couldn’t have been better to work with!

Triage sent Shanon and Rebecca to our home for mitagation. They were knowledgeable and extremely skilled in all areas.
