Robert W at Kowalski electrical was amazing! We had an emergency with an occupied unit over the weekend and was quick to help and complete the repairs! He was very nice and always communicating with me the whole time. Could not be more grateful!

If I could give Kowalski Construction more than 5 stars, I would! Their tenacious determination to correct issues my 1st contractor (now bankrupt) left me to discover on the night of Aug. 14, 2025 was more than admirable. Aug.14th was the 1st of 3 other torrential rain storms that flooded my newly expanded bedroom. I was referred that night to Kowalski Construction's Remediation Division. After another 2 remediations (both in Sept.), I was referred to the construction side of Kowalski Construction. Once it was discovered that my 1st contractor had buried my existing gutter over the kitchen area into the walls between my kitchen and new bedroom, they quickly began repair work. I live in an apartment complex and our management hired Kowalski Construction to repair water damage I had in the laundry room. They did a great job and the laundry room honestly looks as good as new! The maintenance worker, Hunter, was very kind, diligent, and considerate of the space he was working in. I was very impressed with his work and would recommend this company if you’re looking for great service.
