Kozi Contracting LLC

It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had been done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

Before an after photos: Kozi has been amazing from start to finish of our fireplace project. Called me within 24 hours of my online inquiry. Had a free estimate done a few days later (based on our schedule) project took their guys 3 days to get done. They added the hearth on just because they wanted to add an extra touch to our project. Did all the electrical work for tv. So we could hide cables. The attention to detail on the stone work was impressive. Kept an extremely clean work place. Laid down plastic and had rugs. Vacuumed after every day on their way out. We are young homeowners and found our contractor for all of projects. Couldn’t recommend them enough, and will be our first and only call next time.

A big thank you to Kozi Contracting LLC! I called them on such short notice and they came within the same days, about an hour or so later! They are so efficient, on time and knowledgeable in their craft! I had such trouble putting my sign up in my own, that they did it in such a quick timely manner. Best company around, definitely recommend everyone! Thanks again!

I hired kozi to install new railings and paint my porch. They came nice and early put down lots of protection. The railings came out beautiful plus the painting was impeccable nice cuts and all openings were caulked. They cleaned up perfect. Great job. I’m waiting for new replacement windows to be installed.
