Kozmo was amazing. Replaced our door and programmed all remotes quickly, Even helped program our cars. Reprogrammed all handheld devices. Even gave us excellent style advice on window type. Hardworker. Smart and courteous. Great value for the price paid!

Highly recommended! They came out and provided the best customer service! 1 spring broke on our 2 car garage he replaced both within an hour!!!! He advised what we needed for the future so I will call them when the time comes since everything is in their system. The honesty was top tier! Again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Not impressed at all. The technician seemed in a hurry and didn’t clearly explain what was wrong with my garage door. The price ended up being higher than what I was initially told over the phone. For the amount charged, I really expected better service and more transparency.

I called this garage door repair company when my door suddenly wouldn’t open, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. They showed up much later than the scheduled time and didn’t give any real explanation. The repair felt rushed, and within a week the same issue came back. I expected a more reliable fix and better communication.

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a garage door repair appointment days in advance, but on the day of service they rescheduled last minute. When they finally came out, the problem wasn’t fully resolved. I now have to call another company to fix what should have been handled properly the first time.
